2022 in Review
The year was marked by a number of milestones, including the sell out and build out of Wateridge Village and Phase 4 of Richardson Ridge. We sold townhomes and singles for both projects while completing many others for families keen to move into these unique neighbourhoods. As we enter 2023, we’re busy adding some finishing touches before more families move in this spring!
Building the Perfect Rental
Uniform Living, our rental branch, also experienced a big year in 2022, having started two major projects that will add over 170 amazing luxury rental units to our portfolio in 2023. We currently have five rental buildings underway in Wateridge Village, a unique neighbourhood that’s close to amazing recreational opportunities, offers quick connections to downtown Ottawa, and is adjacent to major employment hubs as well as the Montfort Hospital. First move-ins are scheduled to happen in April 2023!
Uniform Living also broke ground for ECHO, our boutique rental apartments adjacent to the beautiful Rideau Canal. This project offers residents a rare opportunity to live in a small scale, luxury rental mere steps from the Rideau waterway. With just over 50 residences inside, it’s designed to be an intimate rental building in one of Ottawa’s most sought-after locations. We anticipate occupancy to begin late summer or early fall 2023.
Finally, 2022 marked the start of Kinver Private, our latest infill project in the established community of Bel Air Park. With a perfectly-central location in Ottawa, adjacent to NCC greenspace and pathway systems, schools, shopping, parks and so much more, Kinver Private will offer an enclave of 27 stunning townhomes for sale.
What does 2023 hold for Uniform?
This year will build upon 2022 to include plenty of behind-the-scenes planning and product development, positioning us to release some amazing new communities for sale in the near future!
Sales and construction will continue for Kinver Private, with first occupancy expected to occur at the end of 2023. This will be the perfect place to call home for anyone seeking a unique, well-situated community of new-builds within the city limits. Now’s the time to secure your Uniform home!
