Copperwood Estate: Expanding Our Vision
New lot releases are coming in additional phases of the Copperwood Estate community. We’re also thrilled to announce that five model homes will be completed and open for tours in late summer and fall 2025. This includes three stunning single-family homes and two modern townhomes – together forming the largest model row Uniform has ever developed! We can’t wait for you to experience these homes firsthand, as we’ve collaborated with the talented designers at 2H to showcase exceptional finishes and thoughtfully designed layouts. It’s been some time since we’ve had this range of products available to tour, and we’re beyond excited to share them with you!
McNeely Landing: Progress Continues
Site work at McNeely Landing will continue throughout the year, and we’re optimistic about bringing some model homes to life in 2025. Additionally, we’ll be starting construction on our first sold homes in this growing community – an exciting milestone for both us and our future homeowners. The community will feature a mix of single-family homes, bungalows and townhomes.
Stinson Place: A New Chapter in Manotick
We’re looking forward to launching our highly anticipated Stinson Place community in Manotick, with plans to bring it to market in fall 2025. Stinson Place will be home to stunning single family home and townhome designs. This new enclave of Hobin designed and Uniform built residences will combine convenient access to the City with a comfy village setting and stunning natural features.
