Throughout the year, our focus remained on bringing our active communities further to life while continuing important planning work for future neighbourhoods and rental projects.
A Standout Year at Copperwood
One of the most exciting milestones of 2025 was the return of the model row at Copperwood Estate, Uniform’s newest community in Kanata. After months of collaboration between our site teams, trades, and design partners at 2H Interiors, we opened a new sales centre embedded within a stunning collection of five model homes.
Featuring three single-family homes and two townhomes, the model row showcases the timeless architecture, thoughtful layouts, and elevated finishes that define a Uniform home. When the models opened in fall 2025, the response was immediate. An increase in visits and sales reinforced the value of allowing clients to fully experience our homes in person.
Introducing the Horizon Towns Series
In response to evolving market needs, 2025 also marked the launch of Uniform’s Horizon Towns Series, expanding our portfolio of townhomes available within select Ottawa-area communities. This new townhome offering expands our portfolio with smartly designed, efficient homes that balance value with the same high-quality construction and attention to detail Uniform is known for.
Launched at both Copperwood and McNeely Landing, Horizon Towns were met with strong interest and positive sales, seamlessly integrating into our growing communities.
Momentum at McNeely Landing
Our McNeely Landing community in Carleton Place gained significant traction in 2025, with 25 new homeowners choosing Uniform. House construction officially began, and seeing framing underway marked an exciting step forward. Two model homes are currently under construction, with plans to open to the public in late spring or early summer.
Uniform Living Rental Communities Across Ottawa
Uniform Living continued to perform strongly in 2025, with luxury rental communities in Kanata North, Wateridge Village, and ECHO on the Canal thriving in a competitive Ottawa rental market. Across all locations, residents continue to experience the difference that thoughtful architecture, quality construction, and attentive service provide.
Looking Ahead to 2026
With a strong year behind us, our focus in 2026 is to build on what worked while introducing new energy through upcoming launches and rental growth. Uniform Developments will continue expanding its portfolio of new homes and rental communities across Ottawa and surrounding areas.
Stinson Place
We’re working toward the anticipated launch of Stinson Place in Manotick, ideally in late spring or early summer 2026. This thoughtfully planned community will feature a mix of singles, semis, and townhomes, connected to naturalized areas and the charm of Manotick Village.
We intend to bring popular existing home designs along with some fresh looks developed in collaboration with Hobin Architecture, a partnership spanning more than 35 years.
More Models & More to Explore
In 2026, The Dorset and The Cameron model homes will open at McNeely Landing, giving buyers even more opportunities to experience the consistency and quality of the Uniform offering across multiple communities.
Expanding Uniform Living
Uniform Living is also preparing for significant growth, with plans to break ground on an exciting mid-rise rental development in one of Ottawa’s most desirable locations, offering exceptional connectivity and lifestyle amenities. In addition, a new rental project featuring walk-up residences is planned for Copperwood Estate, bringing high quality rental living into this growing community.
