The Avenues II was the second stage of a stunning infill development within Westboro Village. The community extends an existing pattern of refined design from north to south on a beautiful Westboro block.
The Avenues II features 16 dwellings, consisting of three single homes, 10 semi-detached homes and four townhomes – all of which front on Melbourne Avenue or Edison Avenue. Low forms, front porches, narrow driveways, and traditional materials are interpreted in a contemporary expression. Individuality is achieved through subtle variations in colour and form, achieving a cohesive, complementary aesthetic.
