Spaces and places to visualize your future home

We welcome you into a beautifully-updated design centre that displays all our standard features and finishes with a curated variety of customization options. You will work with our interior design consultant to review the layout of your home, the electrical and plumbing plans for your home, and the ways in which these can be personalized to best suit your needs. You will also visit an additional showroom to browse kitchen and bathroom options; this is where you will connect with a kitchen designer who will guide your millwork choices. These consultants collaborate to progress your home design to a point where it is ready to build.

Ongoing communication and well-defined steps

Once you have solidified design details, settled on a layout, and identified big picture items that’ll define your space, you’re onto the next stage – selecting colours and finishes to bring your vision to life. Paint, tile, trim, hardwood, and carpet tones are all chosen with guidance from our interior design consultant. These final yet important details ensure you have created a layered and well-thought-out interior package that resonates with you as a homeowner. Remember, throughout this entire process our experts are in constant communication to provide guidance.
